Professional, efficient, excellent service! Creative Paint & Glass replaced all 17 of our windows and we could not be happier. We got an outlandish quote from another company and then got back down to earth with these guys. They were responsive, flexible, personable, and the windows look wonderful. Highly recommend! 🙌

Ordered glass took a week 1/2 to get in to their shop, then no call no show for scheduled appointment. Rescheduled for the next day, installer called off and no one bothered to call again to let me know. When they did show for next appointment, installer broke the glass as he was fitting it into the frame so it had to be reordered again. 2 more weeks went by before they came by to install it. It caused inconvenience, and made me look like was lying to my landlord when I told him it was being replaced that week and it ended up taking a month. I understand things happen or come up but customer service is all about good communication and they could diffentely work on that.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff are willing to help with strange projects if you have any. Pricing was very reasonable.

Horrible ! They started me on a product to stain the deck. When i needed another 5 gallons, i ordered it well before i was out of the product. Weeks went by. They kept saying "the next truck" or, should be "later this week". After 3 weeks of waiting on the stain i had already begun to apply, they told me it was their supplier. I asked what i needed to do to get the stain to the store. They said "maybe you should find it somewhere else". Simple amazing....... Do not waste your time !!

Bought a house that needed all new window screens. They were quick to come out and measure, build the screens and install them. They did a great job, would definitely use them again.
