The technicians and staff at Creech Import are incredibly kind, communicative, and knowledgeable. They recently serviced my Subaru Crosstrek and were able to fix an issue that I honestly thought wouldn’t be possible to resolve. They really go above and beyond to make sure your car is safe and road-ready. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the work they do. I’m very grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy car service.

Creech has maintained my Subaru for several years. I often wait in the lobby (which is really comfortable!) while my car is being serviced and am impressed how they treat their customers. I haven’t heard them trying to push services, which I appreciate. I feel they provide quality service for a reasonable price.

I had such a great experience getting my inspection done here. One of the gentlemen on the team truly went above and beyond. He’s been there for a while because I recognized him from the last few visits. I’m currently dealing with a foot injury, and he helped me find handicap-accessible parking, assisted me from my car door through the entire appointment, and made sure I got back to my car safely. The service was quick, efficient, and incredibly kind. I was in and out, but never felt rushed. Thank you for your professionalism and compassion it really meant a lot.

Amazing experience as always! I found Creech Import Repairs while I was going to NC State and they’ve always went above and beyond. You got a customer for life! Every time I tried a new shop just the experience wasn’t the same. A different shop I went to told my wife if we didn’t pay them $4,000 our steering wheel would just fall off while we were driving. I called Creech import and they told me my tires were probably just out of balance. I told them I use discount tire and they said just to take it to them since it would be free to do the balance, and if anything was still occurring to swing by Creech and they’d help me out. Guess what! It was just the tires. If you’re looking for an honest team that does amazing work making sure you and your family are safe on the road. Definitely call

I took my car to Creech Import Repair because it had a battery drain issue. They replaced the battery, which seemed to fix the problem temporarily, but it did not address the underlying issue. After a few months, the car would not start up. After doing some research, I discovered that many Honda CR-Vs are known to have parasitic drain problems related to the keyless entry door handles or a Bluetooth-related issue. I’m not a mechanic, which is exactly why I brought my car to professionals. I went back to Creech, and explained the situation in full detail and specifically mentioned that simply replacing the battery again would not solve the problem. Unfortunately, they replaced the battery again anyway and did not appear to take my explanation seriously. It felt like they were not interest
