John was absolutely great. I had my truck towed in on Tuesday February 10th, as my upper balljoint had broken off. Thursday, February 12th, John had called me and told me my truck is ready for pickup. Phenomenal turn around time coming out of his shop, and very fair pricing. I will definitely be coming back here, as we have dealt with John for many year prior on many cars. Thank you John!!

I’ve been going to Cress Creek for a few years now, and Jon and his crew are easily the best mechanics I’ve worked with. Their work is top notch and always priced fairly. They’ve found time to squeeze me in for emergency service on more than one occasion, even if they are fully booked. I couldn’t be happier with their service, and would not consider going anywhere else. 5 stars isn’t enough for these folks.

I love the team here at Cress Creek Automotive. Their skill set is widely based allowing them to service a lot of aspects of my car. Each repair has been done in a very timely fashion and reasonable price. The work is honest and of high quality. In the Automotive industry, there is less and less of shops like these around as the years go on. The knowledge between the team and quality of work is top notch. I have gotten exhaust work done, electrical work, break jobs, oil changes, tire stem issues, coolant leaks, and other more in dept motor repairs. This shop specializes in a wide range of repairs and each of the repairs listed above have held up extremely well. Each repair has been done in a very timely fashion. The team will offer solutions and options for repairs which i really like, it allows me to feel as if i am apart of the process of the repair. Skip the dealer and take your vehicle here!
