Crestwood Carwash

I live very near this car wash so it’s the most convenient for me to go to when I need to wash the car. I’ve been a few times now and I’ve never been overly impressed with the automatic touch free wash - I always leave and my car is NEVER clean- it’s always cleaner, but never clean. I came back a second time thinking I’ll pay the $12 instead of the $10 - maybe that will make the difference - it didn’t. After the snow storm a month ago I decided today to finally get the salt and brine and splash residue off of my car and this time I’ll pay the $15 for the “Supreme” wash and surely that will make all the difference. NOPE. I’m out $15 and still have a dirty car. Very disappointing and will no longer use this car wash. Three times is truly enough to say never again.

Do not pay for automatic car wash! Paid & my car is still dirty. Will have to take it somewhere else.

$10 and it never washed my car!! i did exactly what the machine told me to and it never even started. tried calling the owner but both times straight to voicemail. this is a horrible business with bad materials that doesn’t care about customers at all. ive also seen the owners replies to reviews and the attitude is disappointing. horrible business, would never come back and would never recommend.

Went in the auto wash a few weeks ago and paid like $15.00 for the best wash offered. Halfway through the wash with the car covered in soap, the wash broke down and lost power. I pulled around and spent more money in the self-service wash to rinse off the soap. I called the number listed on google and the voicemail said to text the same number and that someone would contact me back. Two weeks and 4 texts later, still no response from the owner. I would NOT recommend the auto-wash to anyone and they obviously don't stand behind their service.

Clean and well kept. You actually get the time on sprayers that you pay for! Dryers on automatic wash are just ok.
