HOA'S Should be banned from existence! Worthless, useless, and self serving services. I personally believe they go against our God given, Constitutional rights. RUN RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!

This has got to be the absolute WORST HOA I have ever experienced. They are mean, nasty , domineering, and possibly the nastiest people I have ever dealt with. They smile in your face at the same time stabbing you in the back . A bunch of money hungry individuals always threatening to fine a resident or off to court one shall go . The upkeep of the development is by far a joke . From the beginning to the end of sunset is terribly in need of a good pressure washing. Which from what I was told HOA is supposed to take care of that for there 55+ mostly retired and/or widowed elderly community. My recommendation for these villages is run for the hills and don't look back .

Safe, affordable place to live. Good variety of home models and most homes are nicely landscaped and well cared for. Located conveniently between NYC and Philly. Great access to healthcare providers which is important in a 55+ community. Condo board has recently made many improvements to Clubhouse and have worked hard to provide owners with a variety of conveniences: free gym, library, free first aid and technology classes, free bus services, etc. Active Residents Club organizes dances, parties, bingo, flea market, movie and game nights & group trips. Office staff is professional and pleasant. If you are aware that living in a condo association requires abiding by the rules and are not constantly in arrears this may be the place for you.

Look somewhere else if you’re active. There’s nothing active about this place unless you consider bingo being active. The neighbor are always looking at what you’re doing, and if they don’t like it or don’t understand because they come from a different culture, they will complain about you. You can’t be active and God forbid you want to do something to make your house look nice. Forget it you have to ask permission for everything. One day I told them that I was paying the mortgage and the taxes and the answer was. “I don’t care”. And I don’t think this is a safe place at all. You will only see the police when someone calls for an ambulance otherwise you don’t see them.
