Mavis Discount Tire

There are a lot of choices when it comes to tire repair. I’ve been to quite a few, but none stands out like this particular Mavis. They are efficient. They are honest and they are very helpful. I have now used them on several occasions and they have proven to be consistently great each time. The employees should be recognized for their good customer service and dedication. Glad to see people who still do have pride in their work! Thanks to the entire team at Whiting Mavis for getting us back on the road!

I went to 4 new tires because they had the best prices on the tires I wanted, so after taking the old tires off they didn't check the tpms which should be standard procedure, they put the new tires on i paid my bill and got have way home and noticed the tpms light is on, I turned around drive all the way back and they say we'll check it out which means they didn't check them when tires were off, so now the tell me the tire will have come off again in order for them to fix the problem for some outrageous amount of money, so needless to say I left there and would never go back the money I saved on the tires was not worth the poor service. Side note if they didn't inspect the tpms in each tire that means they didn't replace valve stems or they replaced valve stems and didn't put the tpms ba

Very pleased and satisfied. I had them check a tire for a slow leak…they ran all the tests, but could find nothing. They checked the other tires also, no problems found. Added extra air to all tires, said it was most likely the extreme cold weather. Come back if it’s really an issue, they’ll check again. Was not charged for the visit. I would definitely go back for other issues. Great business.

Always friendly and professional here. I called and they took me in immediately. They keep my car running like new and I trust their recommendations.

Chris was awesome! Gave a great quote for military and was very professional at all times and fast. The mechanic that worked on my car was not very professional. Didnt put my spare back and after following up with him he wasnt cordial or professional about it.
