Crew Carwash

Crew car wash Bloomington east side not the customer service I have grown to expect. For the past 7-8 years my wife and I buy roughly 10 car wash books for gifts or personal use. The Bloomington east side car wash is new and possibly working out the bugs but it ripped the emblem from my grill a few weeks back prior to the big snow. I am retired and Understandably I don’t drive a lot but a week later I noticed the emblem was missing from my car. I first thought kids ripped it off, but upon further inspection I saw now pry marks. By chance I stopped by the car wash and asked if they found it. Low and behold they had it. Their claims process was very efficient and I waited 8 days and heard nothing. I called the number on the receipt given to me and I find out they denied my claim caus

Waste of money if your car isn’t EXTREMELY dirty. Do yourself a favor and check another option in Bloomington, spend less at a self serve car wash bay with better result if that’s what you’re needing. I assumed they had vacuums, NOT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Lol @ this place

Edit: for the record, this was at the new Bloomington location... The website states there are vacuums available. However, this location does not have them. The prices are a tad absurd considering there are no vacuums or cleaning cloths available. I will not be visiting here again. It is quite easy to find a better, cheaper car wash in this town.

I visited this location on 8/25 and left with the VW emblem on my car gone (blown off) and 2 paint scratches on the hood of my car. I filled out a customer incident report and was informed in response that it is not possible for my car to have been damaged by their car wash. The first rule in customer retention is to make the moment right and because of their failure to do so, I will not return and will pass along this story via in person and on online platforms.

Usually a great exterior wash. Very fast. The unlimited club means your car is never dirty.
