I would gladly give more stars if I could! I took my car into Cross Threaded today to get the air conditioning fixed. Everyone I spoke with was so polite and professional. They explained their procedure so I would understand what they were doing, which I really appreciated. They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. My interactions with all of them were positive and friendly. They were up front with the cost, no sneaky hidden fees, and were able to finish the job in a timely manner. It was a great experience taking our vehicle to Cross Threaded. We've been looking for a local reliable mechanic for a while and it was nice to finally have a good experience when eating our car fixed. They were very thorough, efficient, and reasonably priced for the work that they did. Even being holiday weekend they got our vehicle back to us rather quickly.
