Couldn't help me but was very knowledgeable and very polite checked everything with his computer and visual crawled under the truck but short of putting a transmission in the truck can't fix it but I will keep his number for future reference in case I need it seem like he knew exactly what he was talking about! This is 3 years later I forgot to add. I did take the truck back and he did get me a transmission and install it and it has run perfect ever since. Change the four to a five star and if I could put five more stars I sure would!

Needed some help with an overheating transmission during a cross country road trip. He took the time to stop and talk me through the potential causes and solutions, clearly talking through my options and his suggestions. He listened to me and was kind enough to share his expertise, quickly getting us back on the road. Thank you!!!

Joseph was so very nice with his time. My wife and daughter were traveling through on the on the way to Phoenix and had been having the transmission over heat light come on regularly for quite a while. Joseph was good enough to check the transmission and advise us to continue on and elaborated on what he thought the issue was since he did not have time to work on it immediately. Thank you so much!!

It's such a relief to find genuine people so far from home. I would definitely recommend them if you're in NM and have mechanical issues. Family ran and owned. Went out of the way to help me out. I am very grateful to George and his family for making me feel safe and well taken care of.
