I was in the market for a new bike. Crossroad had a copy of the bike I wanted, so I dropped by. The dealership is great, lots of machines in stock, like a flagship candy store. More important the entire staff is great, very friendly, no pressure and family vibe. Finance was quick and easy and the overall experience was great. I'm planning on getting my first service done in the service department. Definitely the spot for metric bikes in area. Look for Dan, he got me a good deal.

This dealership is excellent. It is the best experience I have had at one. Every staff member is really personable and honestly just fun to talk to. They have excellent customer service, are very upfront and keep their word. Their mechanic is world class and extremely thorough. He went above and beyond on my used bike purchase to make sure it was running perfectly. Im extremely happy with the bike! I bought my son one from here also and it was the same simple process, now were both ripping around. I definitely recommend this dealership regardless of the drive, its worth it a thousand times over. Ill be coming back several times in the future and recommending it to anyone in the market.
