My new CRV was hit and run in a parking lot. I called my insurance company and they suggested Crown Collision in Middletown,RI. From the moment I dropped off my car the customer service was excellent. Enterprise had a loaner there for me, Brianna kept me informed of the progress, the estimated costs and the expected completion date. The only silver lining to this unfortunate experience was the professionalism, friendliness, communication and excellent job that Crown did on Honda CRV. And it was done before the expected date. And Enterprise picked up the loaner when I picked up my beautiful repaired car. I highly recommend Crown Collision.
