The guys at Midas couldn’t have been sweeter. I’m a college student who needed some help with a simple fix and they immediately brought my car in after I walked in and fixed it in minutes. Cannot recommend Luis and Shawn enough they made my week.
My tire pressure was 11 when I was leaving for an appointment. I got my car to Midas in Middletown and Josh took care of me right away! The service and the friendliness were unmatched. I would highly recommend.
Had a great experience at Midas today. I hit a pothole and needed my tire replaced, and after calling a few places that couldn’t fit me in, I called this location. Shawn on the phone was super helpful and told me to come straight in. When I arrived, the team was just as friendly and efficient in person. They got my tire replaced quickly and made the whole process easy. Really appreciate the great service from the initial call all the way through the repair. Will be coming here first from now on. Highly recommend!
