I two double hung vinyl window glass inserts replaced Because they failed seals and moisture between the panes. The turnaround time was quick and the service was great! Highly recommend!

I wanted to give them a 5 but could not. Jane one of the owners was excellent. The product was ordered and installed very quickly. My one complaint and that's why I had to leave out a star is that the installer did a sloppy job and left some things on the door that should have been removed and a couple other items that were left behind on the floor. They were supposed to come back to correct but never did. I still would recommend them. Very pleasant to deal with.

I didn't realize that they do not specialize in auto glass and I wish they would've said that when I called. Their time estimation is accurate- I was advised 4 hours for a windshield replacement and it took 5. They are very nice, but to be honest I was disappointed with the work done on my car. The lady that rung me up told me if I have any problems to let them know. As soon as I drove off I pulled over down the street and took a look at the window and noticed that on one side it looked great but on the other red clips were showing. I've never seen this before on any windows. In addition, my cowel was cracked- it was never cracked before. The top of the window had small gaps and it looked messy. He also left greasy fingerprints everywhere. Anybody that looked at the window would think I r

40+ years of experience. Needed assistance with a broken door window for my truck I was replacing on my own. They freely gave their expertise, but I made sure they were compensated for their time. Pretty sure Safelite AutoGlass would had laughed me away.
