My wife and I purchased a 2019 Ford F-250 here in May 2025. Our expierience was perfect. We contacted Sean who sent a very detailed walk around video and answered all my questions prior to our arrival. Once we arrived we were greated with a smile and a great attitude from Sean who handled our transaction from start to finish. He helped with financing, and answered all our questions and concernes we had about the vehicle. We agreed to a fair price and we left with our new to us truck. I purchased a Ram 3500 three months ago. I live in Alaska so I bought it from photos and what I was told by Sean. I needed the truck as soon as possible and Sean went out of his way and the truck was here within 2 weeks. When it arrived there were a few issues that needed fixed. I take some responsibility because I really needed the truck asap and it had to be taken to Seatttle from Portland. Sean did a great job. I called him and explained the issues and he told me when Ray the owner returned he would talk to him and see what they could do. Not only did Ray phone me personally but within 4 days I had a check for a thousand dollars to fix the issues.
