The person I did business with was extremely friendly. He called with a diagnosis and estimate, and gave me updates with new information. The repair was timely. An honest and professional shop, I'll be coming here in the future and recommending PDX to my family in Gladstone.

Got quoted $900+ on a O2 upstream sensor replacement and diagnostics for my radiator fan not kicking on at another place but then my boss referred me to here and got quoted half the amount I was originally about to pay. Tom is super nice and helpful and he even pointed out where the source of my oil leak was from and saved me from wasting a lot of time replacing a part that wasn’t causing the leak. He answered all my questions and made sure to always give me a call back. I am definitely coming back again when needed. :))

The shop did a four wheel brake and shock replacement on our truck. Tom was great with communications and accommodating my schedule while Chris was flexible about the source of parts. We are now planning to do another project with the team.

Staff were super responsive and clear about pricing and maintenance ahead of time. Ended up needing two appointments, but they only charged me for the second, since I got there late the first day and they weren’t able to diagnose my car issue in less than an hour. Extremely helpful and nice, would definitely go again for future car maintenance and issues!
