I brought my vehicle in a week ago and had a excellent experience. The customer service coordinator was friendly, and informative. My vehicle was well taken care of. I was given very fair pricing, and a thorough job. Its nice when you go somewhere and they seem to genuinely want to help you out.

Long story short: They broke the exhaust pipe while joy riding my truck when they were supposed to be servicing the transfer case. They are also dishonest at every turn. I heard Chris (the owner) is a good guy and likes to make things right, I have tried to contact him multiple times and each time Mike has told me he is unavailable almost like he knows he is in the wrong and is trying to avoid me informing Chris. For everyone who doesn't know using a customer vehicle for personal use is illegal -Criminal Code: Idaho Code § 49-227 ​-Regulatory/Consumer Code: Idaho Code § 48-603

Called to set up a tow, diagnostic and repair of a car that ran over a retread in the dark. We are from out of town and the car was located several blocks away. They were a week out on towing and checking the car. After two weeks I called and Mike said the tow truck was down and waiting on parts (brake lines or something). I said ok keep me informed. I NEVER HEARD BACK! Very Unprofessional! I called another shop and car was towed a few days later, diagnosed as power steering failure due to loss of fluid. It was replaced and repaired and ready to go in two days! Good luck with them…I had to click one star in order to make a review!

C&S Auto Repair charged a third of what the dealership quoted for the same repairs. I dropped it off on Monday and the fix was done and I had my truck back the very next day! I am very happy with their service and would recommend C&S Auto to anyone.

Whenever my vehicles need serviced or repaired, C&S Auto is my go to. They're so friendly, professional, and reasonably priced, why go anywhere else. I feel comfortable in knowing they've done the job properly and I can safely travel anywhere.
