I lost power due to a recent storm in upstate NY and also ran out of gas at home for my emergency heater. To top it all off, my car wouldn’t start so I felt completely stuck at home. I was truly having one of the worst days of my life and didn’t know what to do. I googled and found C&S auto and saw that on a Saturday morning, this was the only car shop open close by. I called and Carl picked up immediately and offered to help and fix the car! I had my car towed to his car shop. Not only did Carl fix the issue with my car - he also delivered the car to my house. I am truly grateful for Carl's dedication to help others. Truly a life saver! Thank you for being there Carl.

Carl is the best! I was visiting from out of town and my car battery died. It was 6pm on a Friday when I called Carl in a panic. He came immediately and jumped the battery so I could get some food. He came back the next morning with the exact battery needed. I really appreciate the care and thoughtfulness he took in replacing the battery. As he knew I was only visiting for the weekend, he brought baking soda with him to clean the battery acid off the old battery and the wires. Thanks Carl!

We stayed in Prattville for a family vacation when our car overheated outside Stamford. We called 2 other mechanics in the area, and one was too busy and didn't answer. Carl was our third call, and not only did he tell me how to get to him safely, but he was also calm and very kind. Carl spent about 30 minutes on our vehicle and was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. He saved our vacation.
