Someone ran out to tell me I couldn’t park in their parking lot - didn’t even make it in the store

I live in town and have been in many times because it's convenient. The last two times I've been in for bulbs for my car, the counter guy sold me the wrong ones. I work 2 jobs, I don't have time to run back and forth to the store for parts. I'll just have to go to Oneonta or order online for now on.

The patiently researched an unusual, hard to find part, found it, ordered it, and it was available for pickup in a short time. A very satisfactory experience.

I used to buy all my parts here once I moved to the area. I've never had trouble dropping off my oil it's always been clean and in the containers I bought them in. I don't know if the counter person took them and turned them in somewhere else or there is a change in policy either way I came in today and was just told no. I haul for a living and change my oil and filters about every 3 months to the tune of close to 400 dollars spent in thier store not to mention brakes lights fuzes etc I USED to buy from them. Oh well thier loss

John & rest of staff are very helpful & friendly. Parts tht are not in stock usually arrive the next day which is great. Local & convenient place to get the parts tht ya need & then some.
