I am extremely disappointed with this towing company as a business. Their policies are unclear, their pricing structure feels intentionally confusing, and there is a serious lack of transparency overall. The quote I received did not match the final bill, and when I asked for a breakdown of the charges, the explanation was vague and unhelpful. The company’s communication system is poorly managed with long hold times, inconsistent information, and no clear follow-up process. It feels disorganized from top to bottom. For a service that people typically need in urgent and stressful situations, you would expect efficiency and clarity. Instead, the experience added unnecessary frustration. It's a breath of fresh air to meet someone that enjoys what they do. Jeremy, my tow operator, is that guy. He arrived on time in a clean rig (you can tell someone takes pride in their work by how clean their service vehicle is) with a smile on his face and a great attitude. He was very careful with my vehicle while loading it up, took pictures to document no damage before departing and left with the same smile on his face. I highly recommend CSS for all your towing needs. I locked their contact in my phone and I'll be checking with them first for business and personal tows in the future. Fundamentals and attention to detail matter- THOMAS arrived precisely on-schedule and proceeded to assess the two needs for my TT RS. He made sure my tow hook was secure, and prepared the truck for winching the car up. He showed excellent attention to detail by adjusting the bed to allow my car’s nose to clear the articulated tailpiece. His use of excellent fundamentals was displayed in the ways he secured the car, snugged the chains, and stowed the excess so as not to mar the wheels or the body. His delivery at my shop was equally attentive, and he landed the car precisely where it needed to be for a weekend before the shop would open. I will keep this card in my car!

I was doing the speed limit when one of CSS's towing trucks came right up behind me. I sped up a little, and it *still* crept closer - it must have been two feet away from my back bumper, and we were going 45-50 miles per hour! I'm not exaggerating. TWO FEET BEHIND ME AT 45-50 MPH. This was not a highway; it was not a fast lane/passing lane. I couldn't believe it! It passed me (it looked like he was doing 55, maybe even 60 in a 45 zone) but I snapped pictures at a red light so I could report it. Also, those offensive womanizing mud flaps. Very unprofessional. Bad enough on a person's own truck, but on a company's? Main thing is, though, that driver risked my life and others' around us so he could drive his big truck, carrying a big Prime van, well above the legal speed limit. On surface s
