Cts Citywide Towing

CTS Towing only patrols during the day (forget their "24-hour" lie) and loves towing hard-working residents for easy cash. They’ve hooked my car 3+ times claiming “no sticker” when the sticker was clearly visible on the windshield — the driver literally never bothers to look properly. Real violators with no tags parked all night? Never see them. Total scammers picking on the same people over and over. Avoid!

Used a paid parking lot on Dwight St. in Springfield. Paid for daily parking, assuming that we would be ok since the sign at the entrance didn't specify time frames (Photo included). Came back at around 7:30 PM to discover that my van had been towed since we were there too late. Went to the Impound lot to retrieve the van for $330.00 and a couple days later, discovered that the lot and the towing company are owned by the same people. DEFINITELY a scam going on. DON'T PARK HERE

Worst towing service they charge me 400 dollars for a couple hours on top of dat I think when the car was getting drop off must of been dragged because my new front tires are lumped and hoping when driving…smh

I never been to a more rude, predatory and unprofessional towing company. They have towed my car 4xtimesfrom the parking lot where I live and have clear visible sticker showing I live there. 2 out of the 4times I was towed I caught the towing workers attempting in which they refused to leave my car alone unless I paid them through cash app, once I paid them they left my car exactly where it was parked. This towing company is located in Ludlow, MA and I reside in Springfield, MA, which also increases the amount of their prices when I go to get my vehicle back the next day. The other two times I was owed they intentionally towed my car during times I was asleep or not at home, which is very sneaky. You can be told one thing over the phone and show up to something else entirely in person. As in bills double like magic at the front gate. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. Illegal. They have a single solitary worker that is knowledgeable, capable and kind. The secretary I spoke with several times offered only misinformation and outright lies. She needs to be fired and this "business" decommissioned. It's a pox and scourge.
