I must say I am thrilled to say that Cumberland Glass still has great customer service after 24 years. I order very large mirrors for my bathroom back then and a few days ago I broke two of my china cabinet glass shelves during a move . Because of my great experience, I remembered their business and they did not disappoint. The lady at the front desk was able to give to me a quote and a time frame of the next day to pick up my order. After I placed the glass in my cabinet, I realized that I made 1/8 inch error in my measurements, so I went back and fully expected to pay for the recut. They said it would be ready in one hour. When I returned, they explained that trying to cut such a small amount of the shelves would not look right, so they gave me the correctly cut glass shelves at no ch

I had my camper window broken by a misguided rock from a weed eater while staying at local campground. I took frame to Cumberland Glass Company in the morning and they had me a piece of plexiglass installed that day! Perfect fit and I was able to continue my travels. Very helpful, courteous , and friendly group of people. I would recommend for all your glass needs.
