Curbside SOS

Great service! Jump started my work van I had left a light switch on overnight. Arrived in 20 minutes once payment was sent. I made it on time to a time sensitive job. Absolutely seamless experience. I’ve had to wait over 5 hours for AAA in my city. Highly recommend.

I was getting ready to leave for the airport at 4am and the battery in my rental was dead. The car rental company said it would take 3 hours for them to send someone to help me. I was going to miss my flight if I waited. I found CurbsideSOS and they were there in 15 min. I was so happy to have found them. I was alone in a hotel parking lot thinking I was not going to make it home and they came to the rescue. What a wonderful service. The gentleman that helped me was professional and polite. They saved the day and I would promote them over and over. Thank you for providing this service. I even gave the info about them to the hotel I was staying at for future guests that may need help. You guys should reach out to all the hotels in the area that service the airport so more people know about

TRASH SERVICE! Straight robbery!! They had me wait over 2 hours for mechanic to arrive. They charged me 95 dollars to change my tire and the service wasn’t able to be done because of a stripped bolt I was unaware of. Needless to say they kept my money no service was done and mechanic was not paid. Mechanic said he would have came out and done the job for 40 dollars. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THREW THIS TRASH COMPANY!! Call a mechanic directly. Lesson learned and I hope you learn from my mistake!

First of all, NEVER contract with a company that wants to charge you upfront (45 mins cancellation) for services not rendered. Seriously, NEVER. I had to cancel due to life/death. They could not find me a tow late at night in Hood River. I waited 35 minutes or so, with no coat, temp dropping to 37 degrees, and their AI told me they had not been able to contact anyone yet at nearly 9:00pm. I could not wait any longer as my teeth were rattling, and business's in town were closing down. I had to start walking as fast as possible to my motel that was 2 miles away to keep warm. I needed to cancel... no choice. Their AI was sympathetic at least. But my account was charged $141.00 anyway. They didn't care. Why should they? They get their money because of the less than 45 min. cancel

I got a flat at work and called for a tire change. Darrell was there in about 30 min, he was very professional, and was done in a flash! Price was very reasonable.
