My car started reeking of gasoline last week so I had it towed to Curry Honda for them to diagnose and repair the problem. Throughout the course of my car staying there, my assigned service advisor (Martin Khai) kept me informed via text and calls with regards to the diagnostic results (providing a video of leak), repairs needed, and time frame. He went out of his way to explain things and even had the air in my tires topped off. My one regret, I did not realize that Curry Honda offered a complimentary Uber service for its customers. So that's one thing to remember for my next visit there. Because after spending a nice chunk of change to have a fuel line replaced it would have been nice not to have to pay that extra Uber charge just to go 7 mi. Lesson learned.

When I called to make an appointment for maintenance, the young lady was very cordial very polite, and I got an appointment right away. I told them who my service person was, which is Chad and I was immediately hooked up to him to make sure he was available when my car came in. Chad took care of making sure we went over what needed to be done and he would take care of my car I asked about certain services. He was glad to do what needed to be done with the car and did not do more than what was needed. Which I appreciate. When I asked about alignment, he showed me the test results that indicated my car did not need alignment. Chad made sure my car was fully Inspected. I appreciate Chad who is very respectful, knowledgeable and caring about me as a customer who is a senior person who relies o

My service rep, Martin, did an outstanding job on keeping me updated; ending me pictures; letting me know exactly what's going on; what they were doing with my car; when it would be available; how much it would cost.... Just outstanding performance by Martin. I will always ask for him going forward😁 he was even so kind as to arrange for an Uber for me after hours to get my car. Service delivered with a smile. Heet was very nice and explained everything. I do believe as a customer who bought more than one car from you, its terrible to be charged almost $200 to even look at the car. Then the part was $20 cheaper than the labor??? It was nice that Heet took off the "lets take a look fee" after approval from management. I like this dealership and would recommend them to purchase a car, but not for any type of service without it being included in the purchase. $200 for draining and refilling coolant?? just took much. Service was top notch, cost was disappointing.
