Terrible towed me and tried to charge $100 EXTRA than what was LEGALLY allowed. Said they’d give us a “discount” when we made it clear that we knew the legal limit. DO NOT LET THEM CHARGE YOU EXTRA

Shady business ! They towed a car. 192$ if it was picked up that day 300$ if it was the next morning. 108$ a day to store a car that’s more than in New York! Also they only take cash shady place!

Taking advantage of families visiting their college student for Family weekend by towing cars and price gauging AND demanding cash only… shady business. Shame on you.

Very sketchy business. I'll admit they had every right to tow me, I was parked illegally. but a lot of people have mentioned how they only take cash and how that's most likely to price gouge broke college students who don't carry cash, because most businesses on campus are cashless. I walked 45 minutes from the Southside of campus only to find out that they were closed and do not take card. I called the number on their door and the person who picked up suggested I use the ATM at the gas station by the freeway exit, and he would arrive at the impound in 15 minutes. So I had to walk another 20 minutes, AND the guy passed me in his truck while I was walking there. We made eye contact, I tried to wave him down, it was pretty obvious who I was. Had a great and friendly experience! The prices were great and the repairs were performed quickly as well. Staff was honest and direct when it came to pricing, no surprises. Was also invited out into bay to see what would be done before agreeing to proceed.
