Custom Car Wash

I’ll preface by stating I am fully prepared to be called a male Karen and I am not one to rant on social media but I am currently both appalled and quite irritated. Went to the “custom car wash” in Caribou this evening to clean out the our vehicle. Upon arriving the bays were dark however with it being presumably a 24 hour “car wash” I assumed the lights would be motion actived or a light switch present once we got inside the bay. There was a red f150 outside the building running which I assumed was the owner or someone affiliated that could tell us if we were missing something or if they were closed. After a few “hellos” I made contact with what I can only assume was the owner who claimed they were closed. I didn’t argue, and said we’d head out. He then came out to the bay and said we’d

This place does a great job! The machines run well, the “ do it yourself bays” are always clean and ready to go and the automated car wash runs smoothly and quickly! Not a bad price considering the job it does on your vehicle! I also think it’s kind of cool to take pictures from inside!

Told me to move out of the car wash after I just paid to use it just because I was wiping my windows off. DON'T OPEN A CAR WASH AND NOT LET SOMONE USE IT!!!!

Automated wash was not worth it. Didn't wash anything just git car wet. I am aware people suck as human beings and complain over absolutely everything. But that being said. You're better off washing your car by hand. Cuz this did nothing. Seriously absolutely nothing. Just got car wet.

was using the blue garbage bins when the “owner” came up to me stating that “this place isn’t a dump, so you can back your car out of here” i tried stating i was gonna wash my car but he walked away repeating “you remember next time this isn’t a dump” so this hateful man will no longer be getting business from me and many other friends and family members. atleast not until he can treat his customers with some sort of decent customer service.
