NAPA Auto Parts - Coastal Auto Parts Caribou

I go to NAPA because I know they've got what I need. The prices tend to be a little higher but I'm willing to pay more for the convenience of only needing to go to one place. Most recently we needed a battery for Dad's Jeep. The guy working knew what size it was just looking at it, they had one in stock and we were out the door quick.

I had a significant saddle malfunction on my bike and needed a screw 12 miles from home. These guys were great. Totally fixed me up for $0.16. I actually kind of felt guilty so I plan to go in and buy a bunch of stuff in the near future. I’d highly recommend this establishment for the customer service alone and they actually have a great selection of stuff as well.

Horrible .. These guys put windshield wipers on my 74 year old mother-in-law's car on April 9, 2018, ($33.48) .. two weeks later she used them , one came loose and flew off the car .. She went back, and they Refused to replace it and stand behind their work. They told her she would have to Buy another wiper at her own expense. Find Another place to buy your parts, these folks are crooked and will not stand behind their products OR Work !! .. Shameful.

Great new store with a helpful staff. I find their new website very user friendly and top notch.
