So I took my truck in just for a simple oil and air filter change. I do live in an area surrounded by farming fields and during the work on my truck they discovered dead mice and a very large nest around the filter. These guys cleaned the dead mice and the best and vacuumed the best and what they had for food. They even checked the vents in my dash. The extra cost of this due to the labor I found was so very reasonable and I was exceptionally happy with the service and the work. Last thing the man working the front desk was awesome to talk to and work with and explained everything to me so well I had no questions about for him. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

As a woman- anyone knows it can be intimidating walking into a shop! The staff at Gil’s has been so welcoming, explains everything in depth, and overall the best part is their fair prices! They do a great job on my vehicle every time no matter the issue. I’m very glad to have their services and will continue to use them ongoing!

If the customer is told it will be a certain amount of time, and it ends up being more than two hours over because the technician is “waiting for parts” it should be communicated with the customer. There’s a big difference between 3 hours and 5 hours when you’re from out of town and waiting.
