Glossy! I picked up my car today and was so happy. My car had had some fine scratches on the plastic trim from the dealership plus some fine abrasions from a car wash. Liam and his team are awesome! We did the a full interior detail on one car in the morning and then a full exterior detail + polish on another car in the afternoon. Liam was communicative and responsive and over-delivered on the product he offers. The interior looks like the car came right off the showroom floor, and the exterior polish removed more swirls and scratches than I thought it would. I tend to focus on minute details when it comes to my car, and I couldn't find a single miss in either car after we brought our cars here. We'll be back and will be sending people here!

Liam did a ceramic coat on my 2013 C63 and let me start, his communication was 10/10 from start to end explaining how it was going and where he was at in the process. I gave him the car freshly unwrapped (poorly cause I did it myself) but he was able to get all the residue off and make the paint look like a mirror. I recommend him to everyone💪
