Bought a Bad Boy compact tractor from them, and the sale couldn't have been any better. Ivy always had the correct answer for my several weeks of nagging questions and ensured I had everything I needed. She made the experience very easy and fun.

I’d give them a zero if I could for recent service, but I need one star to create a post. We will never do business with the service dept at CycleZone again. They are not interested in helping fellow motorsports enthusiast. It’s a business and that’s all. Charged $260 for front shock seals on shocks I brought in loose. Not even on the bike. They replaced both with parts they ordered. We rode the bike less than three hours ( pasture riding, not hard). Within the first 7 days of having the resealed shock back I found a puddle under one shock. Seal is leaking and they charged me another $170 and over 2 weeks to fix it. Not willing to work with me at all on the labor. They said the would pay the 47$ in parts. But ultimately don’t even do that. Avoid CycleZone! Go to Manhattan. Go to Lawre

Took my running PW 50 that was having some carb issues to them. They tore it apart quoted me $2,000 to fix it, charged me $200 to “diagnose it” and gave it back to me in pieces, missing some of the bolts that I brought it in with. Called to see why it wasn’t at least put back together and they said that’s their standard practice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend taking anything to be repaired there.

Couldn't have bought a bike from a better place! I worked with Shayne for my first motorcycle purchase and he made it a great experience. I live 2.5 hours away and we did a lot of talking on the phone before coming out. He had answers to all my questions and was very professional to work with. He made this process very easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this business if you are looking for anything street, water, or dirt. They have a wonderful selection of fun toys. Cycle Zone and Shayne were amazing and helped me get a great deal on a new 2023 KTM 1290 Super Adventure R. They were straight to the point and gave me a great price with no runaround. I flew in to take delivery of the bike and they went the extra mile to make sure everything would be ready and someone was there to get me going.
