i got the x quad 3000 because my husband felt safer with me having the handle and more security while him and our sons have electric skateboards, so we can all ride together as a family. I have had this board less than a month and only rode on it twice, about 1 hour each time. The last ride when pressing the brakes, the brake line flipped over the disk. So i contacted customer service by email and showed him the pictures, he said because I didnt have a screw in the correct place (which I never recvd and was not in the instructions book during assembly) he even told me that this has been a common problem and the book is confusing and other customers have had the same issue. I'm truly surprised by how powerful this scooter is. Everything is well made and customer service has been quick to answer any questions I have. No complaints! I'm slightly over 300lbs and it handles my weight like a champ. Excellent suspension and fast speeds. Very sturdy.

I've had a rover for 3 years, I've waited 2 years for parts. Currently I can't even order tires, "out of stock" and their costumer service doesn't help. Yet they are still selling the same model

Got my Rover today and WOW. Way better and funnier than I expected!! Didn’t get the golf bag holder in yet but I strapped my bag to the backside of the bars and play 18 holes!! First time riding and first round with it at the same time!! Super product. Thanks ya’ll!!!

I am extremely disappointed with CycleBoard. I received a damaged item and tried multiple times to get in touch with them. My phone calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered for over a month. When they finally responded, their next reply took over two weeks. After all that, they tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee and wanted me to pay for the shipping of the damaged item they sent me. I had to involve my credit card company to resolve the issue. Terrible customer service. I don't recommend buying anything from this company. Call their phone number, and you'll see that no one answers, and they don’t get back to you.
