The woman that answered the phone is very rude and impatient. I will not be buying anything from this business and I will make sure to deter anyone I know from buying there as well due to this bad experience.

Worst experience I’ve had dealing with someone in a long time. Sorry you’re stuck being a cashier in your late 60s, take it out on someone who’s not a paying customer. She literally sat there on her phone in her face instead of ringing me up wasting my time. Could care less if this place ended up closing. It’s been a clear issue for years. Look at all the reviews. Good riddance, never coming back ever again. Shoutout to the guy behind the counter who actually helped me.

I called and asked about the possibility of color matching my paint for a restoration I am doing. The lady was very easy to deal with told me to come by and was willing to help me out in all aspects. To say the least I will be back to do business with these folks

Worst customer service. I came in to get touch up paint and i had no clue where to find the code. So i asked her where to find the code and she said “i dont know call the dealership”. So i leave and then i call the dealership and they tell me the code. I return at another date saying i had the code ready to give it to her and she says “hold on, im busy. Plus its pretty expensive for that kind of paint”…. It was $20 and it was for a basic silver.. I never returned and i still don’t have the paint lol

The insurance adjuster came in the week after the car arrived and estimated the car should be done within 2-3weeks and 4 weeks later it’s still not done. I feel like at this point the car is just sitting there idly and waiting to be fixed mean while i’m paying almost 1k for this past 4 weeks for their rental car out of pocket. There was also a week delay that the mechanic didn’t even check the car saying couldn’t make it coz of weather and the car was there unchecked. This is just ridiculous! Bad customer service and experience. If I could give -0 stars review I would.
