Jeff went above and beyond to get the slight misfire fixed on my F150. He thought he had it fit, but was very honest with me and explained that Ford doesn’t keep a log of misfires until it’s constant, and it’s hard to pinpoint the problem. When the misfire came back Jeff squeezed it between other cars to get it fixed right for me without giving me any grief or issues. Ultimately he worked really hard to find and fix the problem, and gave me a more than fair price. I will definitely come back with any other vehicle problems I have in the future. Jeff is my go to guy! He’s helped me out with my Jeep Wrangler TJ and it’s quirks. I know he’ll always be honest and straightforward. He even shows me the parts he replaced without me even asking!
