Took DK automotive a car on a trailer for work this morning at 8am when they opened. They had me to unload and leave vehicle for work. They were supposed to track down an electrical issue and do whatever else was needed for a tune up. The car sat all day and at 3:30 pm I stopped by to check on vehicle which had not been moved or touched. I asked the lady at the counter if they would get to it today and she stated “No”. I left and went home. After arriving home I received a text stating that car was ready for pickup. I called the shop and the same lady informed me that they replaced a battery cable and got the car started but did not have time to due tune up or any other work. She said it may take up to three weeks to get the rest of the work completed. She didn’t tell me anything like this
