Mr. Lynch went above and beyond to help me get unstuck from my driveway in the aftermath of a snowstorm. It was short notice, but he made me a priority anyways. Very nice, down to earth guy! I highly recommend him for any roadside assistance you may need!

This business is the best one so far. I was treated very good and my service was cheap. I would recommend coming here for a good price and getting your car fixed quickly.

Poor customer service. I was not with my vehicle at time of tow and was unable to request a receipt. Contacted D Lynch towing to request one and was asked why I wasn’t smart enough to ask for one in the first place. I tried to explain the situation and was hung up on, not once but twice by “David.” Tina contacted me later and attempted to help. She was much kinder to speak to, however I’ll just eat the cost rather than submit to insurance for reimbursement then to have to deal with them again. I would never recommend!! Also pricy $130 for a tow on Sunday afternoon to go maybe 2 miles. I was also informed they don’t keep any records of their tows, which seems very odd to me.

I will never deal with this company again Matt the driver had the worst attitude ever he was so rude and very aggressive just a overall horrible experience also was trying to charge me more then what I was told over the phone

The kindness, respect, and care shown to us this morning will never be forgotten! In a situation that is never good, broken down on the side of the road, we could not have been better taken care of. From the quick response, to the delivery of our vehicle to the garage, they took the stress out of a very stressful event. Customer for life and will recommend them to everyone I know from this day forward! God bless this company with prosperity for the good work they do, thank you again for your help, forever greatful!!
