This visit was only for an inspection, but like always, my appt was taken promptly and I was on my way in no time. In the 46 years I have been going to D&M this has always been the outcome for me. I have been totally satisfied no matter the reason for the visit. Thank you, D&M

Needed to get all 4 wheels changed and a wheel alignment. It’s conveniently in walking distance so I left my car in their care. I came back 3 hours later to pick up my car and because I’m so trusting and never doubted their work I didn’t feel the need to inspect if wether they did a “good job” or not. I’m 100% trusting in their professionalism and that my car is in good hands. It was only when I got home that I inspected my new wheels that I noticed a long deep scratch along the side of my car starting near the backseat door and ending at the backlight. Whoever worked on my car had no care, much less integrity or morals otherwise they’d offer to fix it when I went to pay my $818 bill. I’d rather learn from my mistake of not inspecting my car before leaving the premises and take my business

Update: I emailed my contact information to the email address reply below, and have not yet heard back over a month later. A third-party mechanic also found that one of the locking nuts was never tightened on one of the suspension components. That business also suspects the wrong parts were used, as they don’t appear to fit the vehicle correctly. —————————————————————- I had intended to write this review in the spring, when this happened, and eventually decided to let it go, but I’m still upset months later. I’ve used D&M for years, on other vehicles, and decided to make them our dedicated shop again for our cars after moving back from out of state.
