Friendly, and helpful staff. They know their stuff and give their honest opinions. They are fair and helpful about pricing. They also do an inspection and let you know if they find anything that is note worthy or needs service. I was bummed my mechanic retired, but glad I found D wells.

I moved with my family from Cincinnati to Gurnee in 2023. As with any big move you need to find a good reliable mechanic for your vehicles. What a blessing that God brought me to D Wells. The care of not only the vehicles but me as a customer is top notch and the highest of excellence. We had an old van that had issue after issue but D Wells was always honest, saved the most money they could and when it was time to get a new van they made a few recommendations and we found one of the ones they recommended. I wish more businesses were like D Wells. They should never stop doing what they are doing. I am truly blessed to have found them.

There is only 2 places I take my car. The stealership or DWells. They do great work at a lower rate. I had tires done at the dealer. I had to rent a car. I went to DWells they fortunately had a car for me at no additional charge. TY!

Knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Made sure I got a ride home while they worked on my car and talked me through the work that was performed and made honest recommendations along with a full inspection report with pictures.
