Doug and the entire staff at the Gurnee location are extremely efficient like a well oiled clock. Doug actually went above and beyond to find the Toyo RA1 tires for my 68 Camaro! I could not find the tires anywhere else but he pulled it off! Excellent!! My car looks great for the next car show.

ALL the guys (not just one) in the store were friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Just outstanding service and because of that you have a tire & wheel customer for life. What truly impressed me was how clean the shop was and the techs in the back. I have and will be telling anyone I know looking for tires/wheels about the Gurnee Discount tire.

I cannot recommend Discount Tire in Gurnee enough. From their demeanor on the phone to going above and beyond to get my tires from the warehouse same-day, they were outstanding. The shop is spotless and run like a Swiss watch. When I brought my triple axle boat trailer there, they had it up on jacks within minutes and they operated like an Indy pit crew with 5 people pitching in. I was in and out in under an hour.

I've thankfully only needed the services of the great staff at Discount Tire twice but both times they were able to see me and resolve my issues in less than an hour with no appointments. I have just been very lucky with their help. The first visit I had they actually pumped my tires for free when I was expecting to have to pay for an inspection! Not the cheapest prices in town but competitive. And honestly it's hard to put a price on customer service and general attitude. This store takes an obvious negative situation and turns it positive even knowing the price is a bit high. You get fast professional service that holds up instead of cheap repairs that have you back in weeks to spend more money. They are out to keep you safe at the best price they can offer. Definitely coming back to buy

I was greeted by the manager as I exited my vehicle. This was the start of a perfect service experience. My order was verified. My vehicle was checked. I went inside, made a payment for my tire installation and is quoted 45 minutes to an hour for my wait. These guys are fast and they know tires. They went above and beyond to make sure to inform me and actually show me broken or worn out parts. If you need tires and you want them fast and you want good service without a bunch of extra stuff you don't need thrown in. This is the place for you. If you have no car knowledge they can break it down. If you have car knowledge it all makes sense. Will definitely be using this location for my tire and wheel needs.
