I was searching and searching for almost a year for a specific car, Then I noticed That specialty motors had the car I wanted, so I reached out I talked to Carlos. He was very helpful. He had all the information I needed and he was very pleasant, very nice and accommodating. He was also very patient with me because I had a lot of questions.. I usually do not write reviews unless I am extremely impressed so HERE WE ARE!!! First off let me just say that I am an Italian woman with a somewhat “sassy, bossy & spicy” attitude so for some that can be difficult. Hey, reviews are for honesty!!! That being said, I have to really say how extremely impressed I am with Rami & Wally at Specialty Motors. They both were so patient and kind with the full transaction from start to finish. I am in Cali & I have NEVER purchased a car on the internet (site unseen) especially one across the country. I requested pictures, videos and had a million questions (trust issues) and both of them handled all requests and questions with patience, pure honesty and prompt timing. Purchased a vehicle from this dealership for my Wife & worked directly with the store manager Rami Smith! Highly recommend seeing him, he answered the phone & walked me through the whole process from begenning to end. He even does the Finance! Luxury experience felt like a Red CARPET experience!
