I cannot share enough gratitude for the service of these wonderful individual's. Jessica and Caleb went above and beyond with such great care. I was moving from CA to SD and unfortunately hit a deer head on only about 1.5 hours from my final destination and about 13 miles from Gillette, with nothing surrounding. The accident was bad enough to total out my car and the worst was yet to come. Traveling with two dogs, I only left the scene with one. My dog became loose from the vehicle and while trying to retrieve her from the field, she was hit head on by a semi-truck and peacefully passed on the spot. After another family who had stopped helped me move her from the street into the field, Jessica and Caleb took it upon themselves to look with flashlights to retrieve her. Being so far from my

Dad's towed my daughters car to their shop for an extremely reasonable rate. Huge shout out to Caleb who came in from an hour and a half away to diagnose and fix the problem. My daughter was back on the road the same afternoon. All this on a Sunday. No other shops would help. The cost was very reasonable and the work top notch! Thank you guys for bailing her out of a jam!

I have had some issues with 2 different vehicles this year, i called Dads and they got me in promptly, they were very professional and Clean working on my Van, at the same time I had borrowed a vehicle from a friend and it broke down, and since I had borrowed it, I fixed it! I called Dad's, and they had to Tow it to the shop, they got it running and went above and beyond , to explain stuff to me, and to make sure I had all the warranty stuff for my friend for what they had to replace, They have a great group of guys, and I would highly Recommend them, For Towing and or Mechanic work! 5 STARS!!

I tell you, Dad’s Truck and Auto is awesome!!! Not only were they able to tow my car when I couldn’t drive it, but they were able to fix my oil leak issue with a quickness and without costing me an entire paycheck!!!! They have excellent customer service and I would recommend to anyone!!! I really feel God provided in a big way with leading me to them!!! I found my new shop for any of my cars problems!!! We do not recommend them, they had our truck for 6 months and when we got it, it still didn’t run right. We took it back 3 times, to no avail. Finally took it to someone else and they had left a gasket off the intake manifold.
