Dahl Ford Service Team failed to put back lug nuts on the rear left wheel of my Ford F150 2023 truck during the recent service (oil change and rotate tires) on January 20, 2026. It resulted in the truck malfunctioning and damage that happened on my way to work next morning at about 7:30am that could potentially result in the multiple car collision and injuries or worse (at the 60 mile speed on a busy highway). I managed to stop the truck (brakes were gone) and avoid collisions. The wheel was almost detached from the shaft. There was no lug nuts on the wheel (see pictures) After 8 years of being loyal customer to this dealership, I now have no trust with them. Don't be fooled by their "customer service" and safety protocols they don't care about.

Dahl Ford did such great body work on this car, one can’t even tell that there was damage. They communicated everything that was going to get done and ended up being $100 under the initial quote. It was even completed on time with a beautiful car wash. The entire transaction went completely smooth. This is my first accident so I was really shocked that everything went so smoothly. Definitely recommend Dahl Ford for bodywork. Before and after photos have been included.

My wife and I purchased a new Ranger Raptor and the overall experience was very good. Salesperson and staff were friendly, well informed in their specific areas of Dahl Ford. They not only delivered on knowledge of product and services but, also on friendliness and customer care. We are very satisfied with our decision to purchase at Dahl Ford.

Edit: After speaking with he service manager most of the issues were cleared up and a refund was offered for the diagnostic charge that wasn't needed. Service manager was understanding of the issues and agreed mostly. The suspension still needs more work and the alignment didn't solve the issues but that'll be taken care of on another day.

Drove almost 1000 miles from Kentucky to buy my new Ford Escape from Dahl Ford Davenport. Dahl really is a No Bull Zone, and the Dahl Difference is a very real thing!
