Son wrecked my truck last winter. Slid into a concrete barrier which bent the metal bumper back into the tire. The mechanic I took it to cut off that part of the bumper & replaced the broken knuckle. He couldn't get the alignment right-told me the frame was bent. Fast forward to this fall. I'm in need of new tires, which means an alignment. Guys at Firestone on 7 sent me to Dale's to see if the frame needed straightened. I called and talked with a very pleasant lady who said to just come by and they'd look it over. I asked to get a quote on replacing the bumper. Drove over, went inside-great wooden antiques in the foyer-and was waited on immediately. A week before Christmas I was rear ended by another driver who was on their phone and driving. They hit me so hard, everything attached to the underside of my equinox fell off, and parts of their car became a part of mine. The employees at dales did an amazing job with the damages ($10k+) and made my car look brand new again. Everything that was fixed/replaced is on warranty and they were even nice enough to completely clean the interior/exterior of my car. Even got it done two weeks sooner than expected.
