Dan Maddox Transmission Parts

The whole time I was there the employee was complaining about being over worked. Then I needed another part so I called. 3 days of calling and he was still complaining over the phone and never called me back about the parts. I will never buy another part from them!!! I used to buy buy all my parts there but not any more. I’m worth more than your bad attitude. I drive an hour to Tallahassee not to Superior transmission and they are very friendly and have more parts!

I have to make an adjustment to my original review. The guys at Maddox transmission have went out of there way to help me locate the hard to find standard shift parts I needed and have provided excellent customer service.

Dan and his staff are fair and very good at finding the correct part for my vehicles. Dan referred me to a repair shop when I had a problem I couldn't fix myself and the other company did a great job doing the rebuild my vehicle required.

Short tempered and unprofessional. Calling in for parts is painful, employees act like they have no time for you. I called in two different days with the same list of 4l60e parts and got 2 different totals. $170 difference. Something isn’t right up there at Maddox, I’ll be buying my parts online it seems.

Dan Maddox is a fine individual who will bend over backwards to help you with your transmission issues if you have a good attitude. His parts are very affordable and his advice is priceless. Don't get steered wrong in seeking parts and or advice from the local transmission shops, for they are only interested in their profits from your dilemma. I would not recommend buying your parts from anyone else for you will not find better service anywhere else. I base this on my personal transmission issues I recently had with my ford ranger stx and its A4LD transmission. A 10 out of 10 for Dan Maddox transmission parts.
