We recently bought a new car from Dan Porter Toyota in Dickinson. We had a very positive experience working with our salesman Wes! He was very good to work with and I would recommend working with him for your next vehicle purchase!! The whole experience was positive. Even the finance person was awesome to work with. I didn’t purchase my car through here as I lived somewhere else but quickly started going here for services & tires. My first multiple experiences were great/no complaints! Then these last few times I always got sent to the service gal Shawna I believe her name is who unfortunately made me realize I will no longer be a customer or recommend to friends and family, multiple occurances she answers phone with so much attitude & entire encounter is full of attitude (like just to schedule an oil change) made me realize I’d rather spend money elsewhere. If you can work with one of the other guys I definitely recommend them but after 3 instances I was thoroughly not impressed!

I would recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership...considering they were quick to give me an appointment to service my car! The one problem I had before was I waited too long for the oil changes... it was very slow, and a lady there at the counter was not friendly. Depends on who helps you at the service center. overall its a very relaxing place and most of the staff is friendly.

Best and easiest car buying experience ever! Wife wanted certain exterior/interior color, trim, etc. The first contact was with Devin Carlson. Even though we are 9 hours out, he sent extensive videos, inside, out, motor starting, undercarriage, sent us copies of maintenance records...was quick to respond, never pushy, very genuine! Negotiated a fair price, no hidden fees. We recieved delivery today from ND to AR, and wow...the truck is absolutely immaculate. Came with a full tank, incredibly clean inside. Whole family is happy, I couldn't recommend more. We will plan to head up there one day to say hi, and ride their MTB trails! Thank you all for such a smooth transaction and wonderful car!

Came in to look at a couple Tacomas and Sequoias. Wes jumped in and helped me figure out what kind of vehicle I was leaning more towards. I’ve had some terrible experiences in the past at other dealerships but with Wes that was not the case! He treated me with nothing but respect and kindness. It was a breeze to work with him and others to get a deal done for our new Tacoma! Would recommend Wes 1,000 times over!
