When picking up from Dana, first go to 1525 Lebanon Rd and see if you are picking up there or over at 500 Techwood. It will save you time and headache. No one answeres at the shipping/receiving doors @500 Techwood!
In my experinace as a contractor i have not seen better quality faucets than the ones that dana has. They aree both stylish and amazingly easy to use. I have had a great experiance with the costomer service too !
I like it. It's a good job all the way around.
