I went in to have my front bumper fix. The owner was very friendly and got me an estimate very quickly. Few days later my car was done but somehow the fog lights stop working and decided to go back and talk to the owner. Jackie who is the assistant manager i believe was extremely rude and refused to get the owner. I decided to stop talking to her and talked to a different employee and apologized to me and gave me his phone number and told me to call him if there was any issues since he was the one that fixed my car. I had arguments over the phone with Jackie about my car and Jackie knew that I stuttered and didn't have patience at all to deal with me. I just decided to no longer go to Dan's auto body shop n bring my business somewhere.

Did a great job fixing my tail light and lift gate brake light. Appreciate you guys for getting it done quickly!

Made my car look good again after I hit a porcupine. They forgot to put on a weatherstripping piece, but not a huge issue.

Dan and his staff were so very helpful and so friendly! I was a long ways from home when we need assistance and needed a place to take my vehicle for repairs. They answered every phone call and I felt totally at ease leaving my vehicle with Dan and his staff for as long as I had to to get it repaired and for me to pick it up after those repairs were done.
