Darling's Chrysler Dodge Ram Hyundai Service Department

I recently brought my RAM 1500 to Darling’s in Augusta for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection, and per usual I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The entire process was fast, efficient, and very well organized from start to finish. Check-in was especially smooth. The woman who checked me in was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. She made the whole experience easy and welcoming right from the start. It’s always great to find a service department that respects your time while still providing excellent customer care. I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs. Highly recommend!

I have a different shop I use for my usual repairs so I hadn't been to Darlings but circumstances in this case necessitated service here. From start to finish this experience was top notch. This was a collision repair during a high stress high throughput time of year yet customer service didn't waiver one bit. No matter how many times I called for updates I was met with courtesy and respect. The actual work was perfect, no complaints at all. But the consumer relations was really worth highlighting here. I will recommend and return to these guys and gals.

I would recommend this business to anyone in Maine. When you hire the right hard working individuals to run departments in a car dealership service shop who understand how important customer service is, the result is worry free repairs. Knowing you can get a fair, proper quote for a job every time makes me want to keep coming back. OEM parts are expensive, but when there is a more affordable option that they know about, it is easy to make an informed decision on repair parts. Very happy with service. Very professional and accommodating. Needed assistance with a wheelchair in my trunk and the staff was more than happy to help me pull it out and put it back in again. The only opportunity for improvement is the check engine light was still on after I left. Other than that, great service.
