Today we closed on our second purchase from Darlings Used Vehicle Center within a year. Last year we traded for a Subaru Ascent. Love the car and the experience was good. Last week we stopped in to look into a Ford F150that we saw online. Though it had been listed as an XL in the ad, we discovered that it had many of the options that we wanted. Upon further investigation, it turned out to be a grade above the XLT. The company stood by the price advertised instead of increasing it, noting it was a typo, but would honor the price going into negotiations. During the test drive, we noted a bit of a vibration issue, but everything else was okay. We decided that we wanted to buy the truck. I went to Darlings to find a car after my Chevy completely broke down on me. I had the best sales guy, Rick, who helped me find the best car fit for me. He was very honest and treated me like I was someone he had known for years. He made the process of buying a car easy and simple. If I ever had to buy a car again, I'd go to this place! Seriously can't recommend this place enough. 10/10!

I normally hate buying cars but the entire group was friendly, welcoming and made it a nice experience. My sales lady, Alex, was responsive and accommodating. I would definitely buy another car or recommend them.
