Just picked up a 2015 Ford Explorer XLT from Dars Cars right before the New Year, and I can’t even describe how much this means. We’d lost our car, things were rough, and now my family’s worries are finally gone. The process was smooth, the ride is solid, and the team really knows their stuff. My dad’s been buying from them for years and even sends friends their way—now I see why. If you want a dependable car and peace of mind, Dars Cars is the spot.

Bought a 2012 traverse. Had unknown issues and they sent the suv to Monroe. Was told everything was fine and away we went. Little did we know we would spend thousands of dollars keeping it on the road and now it’s going to cost way more than we paid to fix it again. Really have a vehicle inspected at your mechanic not theirs. We won’t be back after spending over $6k on the traverse and to get it back on the road to cost us and additional $10k total between everything to this point and the current problems

I bought a car from here about 3 weeks ago. They had no problems letting me get it inspected independently at another shop. Car was actually in as good of condition as it appeared, and the price was very fair. Dars Cars stayed open a little late, on a Saturday, to complete the new deal. I'm nothing but satisfied with the service, the dealership as a whole, and the car. I would buy from here again, and will definitely recommend this place.

Would give no stars if I could. Bought a jeep, was told only issue was a slight leak in the radiator, but they gave me a new one to replace it with a d a discount on the jeep if I put in the radiator myself. It was a nice discount so I took the deal. Not 4 miles from the dealership the problems began. Lost power while driving down the road. No matter if I was going 20 or 75 the power would cut out. But I was able to fix it by hitting a button and the jeep was cheap so I could deal with that. However the radiator they gave me to replace the old one wasn't something I could deal with. it didn't have a leak so much as a flood. Dar is our neighbor, so I thought we would be able to trust her. We found ourselves with no car and in a pinch. Dar's son sold us a nice 2011 Chevy Impala with low miles. Told us they changed the oil and put brakes on it, but everything else checked out fine. Within a few days, we noticed the transmission shifting hard. We were told by Dar's son that they would "check it out" and that he would let us know within a few days when he had a car for us to drive while they inspected it. That's the last I heard from him. No responses after that. I believe they knew about the trans issues and reset the battery to hide the problems in order to sell the car. They knew full well that after being driven a while the electronic trans issues would resurface. SHADY!!!
