I have been going to Jelke’s for about 3 years now. Hands down the best shop around. They exceed expectations in the values that’s shops in this current day don’t honor. They are trusty worthy, have great communication, great customer service, they stand firm behind their work and most importantly, dependable. Family owned shop, you don’t have to deal with any corporate advisor trying to sell you something you don’t need to increase their commission. They will answer any questions you have about your vehicle and/or repair. I promise you won’t just be another customer here and your vehicle will be repaired better than OEM specs.

We got a flat tire on the freeway in a rental car. Enterprise was no help. Pulled off on an exit and my husband changed it out. Thankfully Dave jelke's was down the road to check the torke before continuing to Syaracus, NY.

We were referred here and they were great. My car drives better then ever. Chris let us know exactly what was wrong and how much before starting. I am bery happy to now have an honest and dependable shop that I can take my cars.

My daughter’s car was running rough, but only occasionally. On one of its better days we dropped it to Dave’s; lots of recommendations from people as well as excellent Google reviews. He looked the car over and tried starting it several times but it was running smooth and no codes were showing. He said that it could be a number of things and he could have checked out all of the possibilities and spent a ton of hours looking. Upshot is he could have charged us an arm or a leg, and instead charged us nothing even though he did spend time trying to test it. Last dealership I went to was going to charge 150 before even doing any work. This guy lives up to all the Google reviews and recommendations and then some. Really nice people to boot.
