I’ve been living in Michigan City for over four years and have struggled to find a reliable mechanic. I called Kaiser Auto (North) on a Monday and explained that Friday was my only day off and I really needed my car ready by then. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Ted made sure I could drop my car off early and even gave me a ride back into town. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. Thank you all so much you definitely have a customer for life!

Went to get struts and support bars replaced with new ones. I also had an oil change and tire rotation. The service was good and the repair is spot on if not a little pricey. That being said, you get what you pay for. My car was much better after it was fixed. The repair was also done the same day which was very convenient. The price is the only reason this review isn’t “5 star”.

10/10 experience! I came to Kaiser’s for the first time in a desperate time of need, and they completely exceeded my expectations. Everyone was incredibly friendly, the service was quick, and the pricing was very reasonable. As a female, it can be intimidating walking into any auto repair shop, but they were so thorough, kind, and professional that I immediately felt safe and taken care of. I’ll absolutely be trusting them with all of my future car needs. I’m so grateful I found this place and will continue coming here from now on!

I thought the work was good but very expensive when you factor in diagnostic costs. The cost of a new battery was excessive and I was not happy that when I opened the trunk they didn’t even properly replace the battery cover. I have had better experiences with other auto repair shops.

My daughter Darlene takes her car there for oil changes and check-ups. She made appointment for Monday but recorded it in her calendar for Tuesday. They were very accommodating when she got there on the wrong day and had her car done in less than an hour. Always very polite and thorough!
